Our partners are integral to the UA92 experience, they codevelop our curriculum, offer placements, industry insight days, guest lectures and masterclasses. While some offer part-time work and scholarships to UA92 students.

Academic pioneers Lancaster University, the inspiring Class of 92 and a group of industry leaders, have come together to offer a unique learning experience, in Manchester.

MICROSOFT

Microsoft’s innovative and creative approach supports all that UA92 wants to achieve, whilst building and growing the workforce of the future. The company will have a Manchester base on the campus and work closely to develop our 11th principle - Digital Literacy.

KPMG

KPMG’s commitment to social mobility reflects UA92’s vision and values to ensure higher education is open to all. KPMG will support UA92 with targeted outreach in schools and measures to support retention for those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. KPMG will also be involved in UA92’s wider community engagement with businesses and community groups to support the social mobility agenda. “In addition, KPMG will help shape the UA92 curriculum, ensuring the content of the academic programmes at UA92 reflect the needs of modern businesses.

LANCASHIRE CRICKET CLUB

UA92 are the official higher education partner for Lancashire Cricket Club. The Club, alongside UA92’s other partners, will be co-designing the curriculum and providing regular internships for UA92 students. There will be an early focus on content creation and online programming, to help grow the reach and engagement levels of cricket and the venue across the North West. The partnership sees the media facilities at Lancashire’s world-famous Emirates Old Trafford renamed as the ‘UA92 Player and Media Centre’, which will become the venue for many UA92 events, including Student Open Days. The naming, and subsequent branding of the media centre, will enable UA92 to be displayed across upcoming international events, such as the Specsavers Ashes Test in 2019.

TRAFFORD COUNCIL

The Council sees UA92 as a fantastic opportunity to revitalise and support local communities to maximise their potential. Universities are proven agents of economic growth and UA92 aims to create jobs and attract 6,500 students by 2028. Th launch of UA92 coincides with the start of a consultation around the Council’s ambitious plans to support the regeneration and reinvigoration of the Stretford area.

TRAFFORD COLLEGE

UA92 will create a unique partnership between Further Education and Higher Education in Trafford. By working closely with UA92, Trafford College students will have access to high quality technical and professional qualifications combined with an enhanced skills development programme, including sub-degree level qualifications in business, sport and media.

Sedulo is a leading financial firm, whose mission is to create positive change in the communities they work in.
