HOW TO REGISTER

5 STEPS TO REGISTRATION

Registration is a vital part of becoming a UA92 student. All students will be required to complete registration before Student Finance England will make any tuition fee or maintenance loan payments. Here’s a guide on how to register as a new student.

STEP 1

LOGIN TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL

You will receive an email from Lancaster University inviting you to start the registration process. You will receive a second email from Lancaster University containing your username and password to login to the online portal.

STEP 2

COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION

You will be asked to enter your personal/contact information and upload a photograph of yourself. You will also need to provide proof of ID (passport or birth certificate) and proof of finance (confirmation from Student Finance England).
You will also need to complete your module enrolment and activate your Lancaster University IT account.

STEP 3

CHECK-IN ON CAMPUS

When you arrive on the UA92 campus you will need to present yourself in person to the registration team. They will be available at certain locations across our two campuses during Welcome Week. See your Welcome Week timetable for more information and when and where you can check-in.

STEP 4

YOU ARE NOW A REGISTERED STUDENT

Congrats! You have completed the registration process. We will notify Student Finance England and your Student Loan will be processed.

STEP 5

COLLECT YOUR STUDENT CARD

Once you have completed registration we can produce your Student Card. This will give you access to the UA92 building and also a whole host of discounts and offers exclusive to students. Please note your student card can take a few days to process and you may be given a collection time.
