“At first, I didn’t know much about university and student finance, but after coming to an Open Day at UA92, I realised higher education was more accessible than I first thought. When I first saw the facilities, I was amazed and I was really surprised at how relaxed the atmosphere is on campus too. The community is so friendly – I’ve made so many friends that I wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for UA92, and through playing for the football team and the character and personal development modules, I’ve been pushed outside of my comfort zone and have seen my confidence grow massively.”
