He presented a daily show for CNN out of Atlanta from 1994-2002 and was a presenter/reporter for BBC Sport for the next 15 years, covering such major events as the Olympics, World Cup, Commonwealth Games, Wimbledon, the Ryder Cup and the Augusta Masters. A Salfordian born and bred,
