Founded by the unique educational team of Lancaster University and Manchester United’s Class of 92 legends Gary Neville, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville.

Learning & Development
At UA92, we promote a continuous professional and personal learning and development environment through a digitally led offer, using the 70/20/10 learning model. We believe in creating an environment where everyone can learn and learn well.
We seek to achieve this through three main principles…

We aim to offer a blended learning approach, in different formats so it is flexible to the different needs of colleagues

We aim for our learning offer to flex and respond to the different and evolving needs of the organisation, ensuring you are equipped to do your best work
Supporting you professionally
Within our organisation, all colleagues can build their own unique personal growth development plan to help them in developing not only their careers but also as people.
Colleagues can then access development workshops to support their growth as well as offering a broad portfolio of digital learning content that is accessible 24/7 via our L&D hub.
Throughout the year, we hold different learning events to support building awareness in mental health, inclusion, career development and much more.
To support you in your professional growth, we offer support via the Learning and Development Fund which you can apply for every year (if you are a permanent member of staff and on successful completion of your probationary period) to support you in such things as gaining qualifications and speaking at events, all aimed building your credibility in your field and supporting UA92.
