Event Details
When is Graduation?
Graduation for the Class of 2025 will be held on Saturday 28th June 2025.
Worlds of Sport and Digital will graduate in the morning, while Worlds of Business and Media will graduate in the afternoon.
Do I need to register to attend Graduation?
Yes you needed to register to attend Graduation. Details around registration will be provided on teams closer to the Graduation date.
Where will my graduation be held?
The UA92 Graduation event will take place on Saturday 28th June 2024 at Victoria Warehouse, Trafford Wharf Road, Manchester, M17 1AB.
Will there be a graduation afterparty?
Graduation afterparty details will be sent closer to the graduation date.

Greatness Unlocked Award:
For living the UA92 values and success in character and personal development.
This award is for a stand-out student, who has shown commitment to their own Character and Personal Development.
The winner will be announced at graduation.
Student of the Year 2024:
For outstanding contribution to academic and student life at UA92.
This award is for the student who has made a significant contribution to the UA92 experience. Whether that’s by being a student rep, student ambassador, content creator, Sport92 club member or other activities.
The winner will be announced at graduation.
Arrange a Visa letter
You may wish to invite your friends and family to the UK to attend your Graduation ceremony.
They will need to apply for their own Standard Visitor Visa and you can find details here.
- If you wish to invite your family and friends to your Graduation ceremony, you will need to send them a short invitation letter from you, confirming your relationship with them and the reason you are inviting them to come to the UK
- You will need to provide confirmation from University Academy 92 (UA92) that you have successfully completed your degree course of studies and that you are attending your graduation ceremony in the UK. You can do this by emailing [email protected]
- UA92 can provide an invitation letter confirming a student’s eligibility to attend their ceremony.
- Once you have requested this and have registered for your ceremony, you will be emailed this letter.
A Standard Visitor Visa can be issued for up to six months and will more than cover the length of time they need to be in the UK for your Graduation.
How do I hire my graduation robe?

You will collect your robe on the day of your graduation. There will be people on hand to help with robing.
What should I wear to Graduation?
Graduation is a special occasion, so graduates and guests are invited to dress their best. All UA92 graduates are required to wear a graduation cap and gown at their ceremony.

A buttoned shirt or blouse is ideal for attaching your hood to. But if your clothes do not have buttons, pins will be provided to secure your hood.
