Your graduation date and location has been confirmed and we are now officially on count down to your BIG day! You need to make sure you register for Graduation before the end of March, so we know whether you are coming or not. You can also find out everything you need to know about graduation below.

When will my graduation be held?
Graduation for the Class of 2024 will be held on Friday 12 July 2024.
Do I need to register to attend Graduation?
You need to register by the end of March. Please complete the registration form even if you are unable to attend.

The UA92 Graduation event will take place on Friday 12 July 2024 at Victoria Warehouse, Trafford Wharf Road, Manchester, M17 1AB.

Nominate your fellow graduates for an Award
Entries are now open for our Graduate Awards and you can nominate your fellow graduates in the following categories:
Greatness Unlocked Award– for living the UA92 values and success in character and personal development.
We are on the hunt for the stand-out student, who has shown commitment to their own Character and Personal Development. – for outstanding contribution to academic and student life at UA92.
Have you, or one of your fellow students, made a significant contribution to the UA92 experience? Whether that’s by being a student rep, student ambassador, content creator, Sport92 club member or other activities. Nominate yourself, or one of your classmates, for the Student of the Year Award. Arrange a Visa letter
You may wish to invite your friends and family to the UK to attend your Graduation ceremony.
They will need to apply for their own Standard Visitor Visa and you can find details here: https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa
- If you wish to invite your family and friends to your Graduation ceremony, you will need to send them a short invitation letter from you, confirming your relationship with them and the reason you are inviting them to come to the UK
- You will need to provide confirmation from University Academy 92 (UA92) that you have successfully completed your degree course of studies and that you are attending your graduation ceremony in the UK. You can do this by emailing [email protected]
- UA92 can provide an invitation letter confirming a student’s eligibility to attend their ceremony.
- Once you have requested this and have registered for your ceremony, you will be emailed this letter.
A Standard Visitor Visa can be issued for up to six months and will more than cover the length of time they need to be in the UK for your Graduation.
Book your graduation photography
Professional graduation photographs are the ultimate memento for capturing your special day. Photographs will be available for purchase in a variety of packs and styles to suit your budget.
The photography studios will be open throughout the day, before or after your ceremony.

How do I get tickets for my family and friends?
All graduating students will receive up to 3 FREE guest tickets so family and friends can celebrate with you. You will request your free guest tickets during the registration process, which must be completed before the end of March.
If any further tickets become available these will be released for purchase closer to the time.
Where do I collect my tickets?
All guests must have a valid ticket. These can be collected from the ticket desk on the day of graduation.
Due to health and safety requirements, all small children over the age of two require a guest ticket and their own seat in the graduation ceremony.
Can children attend the Graduation ceremony?
Due to health and safety requirements, all small children over the age of two require a guest ticket and their own seat in the graduation ceremony.
Children up to the age of two, must be in arms. Prams can be stored in a designated space.

Will I be able to get additional tickets for my graduation event?
Additional tickets may be released for purchase. You will be notified in additional tickets become available.
How do I hire my graduation robe?
Graduation cap and gown hire is free for all graduating students. You need to place your order online here.
You will need your height and head circumference measurements when placing your order.
You will collect your robe on the day of your graduation. There will be people on hand to help with robing.
Where will I collect my Graduation cap and gown from?
You will collect your graduation cap and gown on the day of your graduation ceremony from the designated robing area. This applies to everyone, even if you have entered a delivery address when making your order.
On the day, you will need your Student ID and £50 deposit, to collect your gown. The robing team will help you with robing.
As long as the gowns are returned without damage on by the agreed time, your deposit will be refunded.*
*Cash refunds will be processed on the day. Credit and debit cards will be refunded within a specific timeframe.
What should I wear to Graduation?
Graduation is a special occasion, so graduates and guests are invited to dress their best. All UA92 graduates are required to wear a graduation cap and gown at their ceremony. If you have any questions about this contact [email protected].
A buttoned shirt or blouse is ideal for attaching your hood to. But if your clothes do not have buttons, pins will be provided to secure your hood.
What are the timings for Graduation Day?
Your graduation ceremony will take place in the afternoon of Friday 12 July 2024. We will confirm event timings as soon as possible.
Will photos be taken during the event?
Images maybe captured during the event using film photography, digital photography, video or other medium and maybe used by University Academy 92 (UA92) for promotional purposes, on the University Academy 92 (UA92) website, social media, leaflets and brochures and other publicity material.
By attending the UA92 Graduation event, whether as a graduate or otherwise (e.g. guest), you acknowledge that images may be captured during the event by our official agency partner or media team.
UA92 acknowledge its responsibilities in particular reference to:
· The Protection of Children Act 1978;
· An individual’s right to privacy under The Human Rights Act 1998; and
· The Data Protection Act 1998.
Please express any objections to [email protected] prior to the event. Otherwise individuals attending this event are deemed to have given their consent by attending or remaining at the event.
UA92 are not responsible for capture and use of images taken at the event by a third party not directly engaged by us.
What do I need to bring on the day?
Please make sure you bring your student ID and provisions to pay the £50 refundable deposit required when collected your graduation cap and gown.
Your deposit will be refunded if you return the gown undamaged and before the agreed deadline.
Will refreshments and snacks be provided?
Some refreshments and light snacks will be provided during the event.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please speak to a member of the Graduation team on the day.
What do I have to do during my Graduation ceremony?
As part of your ceremony, your name will be called out by a presenter, and you will be required to proceed across the stage to receive your award.
Graduates are not permitted to proceed across the stage with anyone else, except in instances where additional support is required. If you have any additional requirements, please email us at [email protected].
When do I get my degree certificate?
Your degree certificate will be available to collect on the day. If you are unable to make your Graduation, this will be posted out to your home address.*
