Build a workforce of nature

Kickstart your tech career with our Level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship. A hands-on, industry designed programme made to build confidence and capability in IT support, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

What is a level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship?

The Level 3 ICT (Information Communications Technician) apprenticeship provides a comprehensive foundation for individuals starting a career in IT support and infrastructure management. Apprentices gain essential skills in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring networks, and understanding basic cybersecurity.

UA92’s Level 3 Information Communication Technologist Apprenticeship provides structured training, blending on-the-job learning with regular sessions at UA92’s campus, on-line or hybrid study. The programme will go through topics such as maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring networks, and understanding basic cybersecurity. There is also an opportunity for your apprentices to gain additional qualifications in Microsoft AI and Cloud Essentials.

We offer a hybrid learning model for all our apprenticeship programmes, so your apprentices can either attend their weekly learning sessions in-person at our Old Trafford campus, or they can attend these classes online.  Every apprentice will build a professional portfolio, showcasing workplace examples that evidence key knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs). Learners will have the opportunity to participate in industry masterclasses and professional development, enhancing their knowledge and skills beyond the apprenticeship.

What skills will apprentices learn?

Your apprentices will study a range of topics on our programmes. Our programmes are built in collaboration with top businesses and industry experts, so your learners will get the latest skills and knowledge to put them at the forefront of their industry.
