We are delighted to offer Academy Apartments, exclusively to UA92 students at extremely competitive rates.
Academy Apartments offers stylish, modern, self-contained studio and one-bed apartments. The fully furnished, self-contained apartments include a double bed, study area, en-suite bathroom and kitchen area; none of which needs to be shared with other students.
Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the rent, with access to shared laundry facilities on-site too.

There are five different room types available at Academy Apartments. Prices starts from £170 per week for a Compact Studio.
*Prices vary dependant on length of tenancy (51 or 41 week tenancies available). All room costs include heating, electricity and Wi-fi bills and access to onsite laundry facilities.

Great Location for Campus Learning
Academy Apartments is located directly opposite our campus meaning you can be out of bed and in the classroom within two minutes. The rooms themselves have fantastic views of our campus and the homes of our partners: Lancashire Cricket Ground and Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.
The area is well-served by bus routes, tram links and has designated cycle lanes so you can easily access Manchester City Centre, Media City UK and Salford Quays too.
Is There Security?
To enter the grounds of the building, you will have a key fob or door code. Upon entering the building, fobs are then required again to enter, and you will have keys to your own room. Each room also has its own post-box downstairs that is secured with a keyless code system.
The building is comprehensively covered by CCTV for your own safety.
Are There Laundry Facilities?
There are a number of laundry rooms with six washers and dryers in each. All washers and dryers at Academy Apartments are free of charge.

HOW DO I APPLY?
You will be able to register your interest for UA92’s Academy Apartments from early May.
We will send an email with a link to an online form, which you must complete in full and submit before 5pm on Tuesday 9th May 2023.
This will give you priority access to booking Academy Apartments once this becomes available.
This form will only be sent to applicants who have firmly accepted a place at UA92.
