Academy Apartments sits just across the road from our Main Campus. It’s exclusive to UA92 students so you’ll be surrounded by people who are also studying at UA92.There are various room types available at Academy Apartments. All room costs include heating, electricity and Wi-fi bills and access to onsite laundry facilities.
To register your interest in Academy Apartments, you will need to have firmly accepted your offer.

Great Location for Campus Learning
Academy Apartments is located directly opposite our campus meaning you can be out of bed and in the classroom within two minutes. The rooms themselves have fantastic views of our campus and the homes of our partners: Lancashire Cricket Ground and Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.
The area is well-served by bus routes, tram links and has designated cycle lanes so you can easily access Manchester City Centre, Media City UK and Salford Quays too.

How do I apply for accommodation??
Fill out the accommodation booking form to express formal interest in booking a room for September 2026.
How are apartments allocated?
When you register your interest, you will be asked for your preferred apartment type. Where possible, you will be allocated one of your preferred choices, however this cannot be guaranteed.
How much is accommodation at UA92?
Prices range for different apartment types. All the information is on the booking form.
Am I guaranteed accommodation?
Accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, we recommend completing the form as soon as possible.
When is the deadline to book accommodation?
The first booking window will close on Wednesday 20 May. There may be another opportunity to apply later if there’s availability.
What is included in my rent?
All apartments are self-contained units with their own kitchen and bathroom facilities. Unlike other providers of student accommodation in the area, your rent at Academy Apartments includes all bills, utilities and WiFi, making it easier for you to manage your money. There are also laundry rooms you can use free of charge.
What if I have a disability Or Special requirements?

Is There Security?
To enter the grounds of the building, you will have a key fob or door code. Upon entering the building, fobs are then required again to enter, and you will have keys to your own room. Each room also has its own post-box downstairs that is secured with a keyless code system.
The building is comprehensively covered by CCTV for your own safety.
Are there laundry facilities?
There are shared laundry facilities on-site, which are available to use free-of-charge.
