GREAT FOR HOME COMFORTS
“The apartments are stylish, clean and modern with their own kitchen and bathroom facilities. Far nicer than some of the student accommodation I visited before. The apartment has underfloor heating and everything is finished to a high standard – you can just move your stuff in and you’re ready to go.”
GREAT FOR LOCATION
“You can’t beat Academy Apartments on location. If you’re a morning student and need to be on campus for 9am, you could literally walk out your apartment at 8.55am and be there on time. It’s great for the tram stop which takes you straight into town and there’s a huge Tesco just round the corner.”
GREAT FOR SOCIALISING
“Most first-year students live at Academy Apartments so it’s great for meeting people and making friends outside the classroom. Your apartment is big enough to have friends over for dinner or to binge watch your favourite Netflix series.”
GREAT FOR VIEWS
“I had a great view of Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground from my apartment and I could see the UA92 campus too. Some rooms look over towards Manchester United’s stadium. The great thing about Manchester is that wherever you look there’s always something to see.”
GREAT LOCAL GREEN SPACES
“Manchester is not short of a green space or two. Trafford Town Hall is right next door to Academy Apartments. It has a nice garden where you can sit and enjoy a coffee in the Manchester sunshine. I also love playing football, so I often go to Longford Park for a kick around with friends.”
GREAT FOR PRICE
“I was surprised at what you get for the price – especially as all your utilities and WiFi costs are included. It’s great that you don’t have lots of separate bills coming in – makes it a lot easier to manage my money.”
