As part of Fujitsu‘s commitment to developing future talent, the organisation gifted part of its apprenticeship levy to UA92, creating valuable opportunities for colleagues to gain professional qualifications alongside their day-to-day roles.
The funding has allowed team members from a range of departments to undertake apprenticeships that support both their personal career ambitions and UA92’s wider organisational goals.
From communications and brand leadership to data analysis and operational management, colleagues are gaining valuable new skills, knowledge and qualifications that can be applied directly to their work.
