Marnie is passionate about inclusivity and talent development, which is why she has chaired the UA92 board ever since the doors officially opened in 2019. As Former Group Chief Executive of Nichols PLC, the home of Vimto, and current president of the Board of Management at the British Soft Drinks Association (BSDA), Marnie’s successful career in Soft Drinks spans over 25 years, and her involvement as chair for the CBI, and Advisor to the Board of International Trade led to her being awarded an OBE in 2018.
