What will the course cover?
Develop a working knowledge of Linux using both open source applications and the Command Line. This introduction to Linux course will provide hands-on learning with online lessons and guided practice.
Course material includes:
• Finding your way in Linux Systems
• Open source applications in the workplace
• The power of the Command Line and how to work on it
• Basic concepts of the Linux Operating System
• Security and File Permissions for public and private directories
This bootcamp will prepare you for the LPI Linux Essential certification exam. You will receive a voucher to redeem against the cost of the exam, which you can arrange to take online or at a certified test centre, upon completion of the bootcamp.
