What is a Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer?
Multi-Channel Marketer apprentices are responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels to promote a business’s products or services and engage customers effectively.
UA92’s Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship provides structured training, blending on-the-job learning with regular sessions at UA92’s campus, on-line or hybrid study. The programme covers creating cohesive marketing strategies that leverage social media, email, web content, SEO, PPC, and traditional marketing techniques. On this programme, apprentices will learn how to integrate these channels to maximise reach and impact. Training includes industry tools and technologies in Google, Hubspot, SEMrush, CIM.
This is a great option for those starting their marketing journey, who are looking to build a solid foundation in marketing principles and practical skills. This course will also suit those with some marketing experience, who are looking to develop their expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies.
We offer a hybrid learning model for all our apprenticeship programmes, so your apprentices can either attend their weekly learning sessions in-person at our Old Trafford campus, or they can attend these classes online. Every apprentice will build a professional portfolio, showcasing workplace examples that evidence key knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs). Learners will have the opportunity to participate in industry masterclasses and professional development, enhancing their knowledge and skills beyond the apprenticeship.
What skills will apprentices learn?
Your apprentices will study a range of topics on our programmes. Our programmes are built in collaboration with top businesses and industry experts, so your learners will get the latest skills and knowledge to put them at the forefront of their industry.
Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship, your learners will be able to:
- Plan, implement, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels
- Create compelling content for different marketing platforms
- Analyse marketing data and measure campaign performance
- Utilise various marketing platforms and tools effectively
- Apply SEO principles to improve online visibility
- Manage marketing budgets and calculate ROI
- Ensure ethical marketing practices and GDPR compliance
How long will it take?
The apprenticeship will run for a total of 13 – 18 months. Within this time, apprentices will complete 7 modules and can complete additional recognised qualifications.
What will the apprenticeship cover?
- Module 1: Marketing essentials. This module provides the foundational knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required for a marketing role. It will cover marketing principles in theory, customer personas and segmentation, brand positioning and messaging, marketing mix, competitive analysis, and marketing planning fundamentals.
- Module 2: Ethics, analysis and budgeting. This module will cover decision-making foundations, marketing ethics and GDPR compliance, data protection and privacy regulations, AI ethics and regulations, campaign performance analysis, marketing metrics and KPIs, budget planning and allocation, and ROI calculation and reporting.
- Module 3: Content and creation. Apprentices will go through tools such as Generative AI and Canva, learning how to use these for content creation. In addition to this, they will also learn content marketing strategy, copywriting for different channels, visual content creation, video and multimedia content, brand voice and tone guidelines, and content calendar planning.
- Module 4: Marketing channels. Your apprentices will learn about social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, influencer and affiliate marketing, direct marketing and traditional channels, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Module 5: SEO and online marketing. This module focuses on SEO and it’s fundamentals. Apprentices will learn how to conduct keyword research, complete on-page and technical SEO, build links and off-page SEO, how to utilise local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Module 6: Campaigns. A fundamental for most marketing roles, within this module your apprentices will learn how to manage a campaign effectively, execute a successful campaign and how to optimise it, how to visualise data and report on it, the fundamentals of Google Ads, budget optimisation, attribution modelling and ROI and campaign profitability.
- Module 7: End point assessment support and preparation.
