Module 4 - Nutrition for Health, Exercise and Sport
This introduction to nutrition module is designed to help you understand the food and fluids that fuel and support your body’s functions. We’ll break down the science of nutrition including different food groups, exploring how nutrients work and their role in a healthy well-balanced diet.
